All Uniqartkids products are made to order and individually handcrafted based on the artwork, drawings, handwriting, or personalization details provided by the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Product images on our website are for reference only.

2.Personalized Products

Each personalized item is made specifically for you.

Please carefully review all names, dates, artwork, messages, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or returned except where required by applicable law.

3.Customer Artwork

By uploading artwork, drawings, handwriting, photos, or other content, you confirm that:

* You own the content or have permission to use it.

* Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.

* The content is lawful and appropriate.

You retain ownership of your artwork.

You grant Uniqartkids a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted content solely for producing and delivering your personalized order.

We will not use your artwork for advertising or promotional purposes without your permission.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

4.Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is complete and accurate, including your shipping address and personalization details.

Uniqartkids is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5.Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.

6.Payment

We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe.

Production will begin only after full payment has been successfully received.

7.Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase by contacting us at:

Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
